so wont take any action ...

to the girl ...
he will say .... : " I ... er ... you ."

eg. wallet , pencil case , watch and more ...
he wants you to give him something ....
to make him think of you ...

I LOVE YOU ...
its better to ask the girl hug him first ...
and say I LOVE YOU ...
for sure the boy will say ...
I LOVE YOU TOO ...

When a boy is talking about the movie in cinema ...
he wants you to watch the movie with him ...
of course only 2 people ...
no friends ... it will be better ...

and care of you ...
